Mentorship and Coaching Services
Decius Brown The Character Coach provides virtual and in-person mentoring and coaching services for boys and young men starting at age 12. Services include mentoring and coaching from a Christian perspective, derived from the concept R.I.S.E (Resilience, Integrity, Spirituality, Empowerment).
MOTR (Men On The Rise) Package:
Service Type: Group
Who: Young Men ages 18 – 25
Onboarding Fee: $59.00 (covers RTC t-shirt, Young Man We Gotta Make it to Heaven book, and 15 minute 1 on 1 session)
Cost: $320.00 (plus onboarding fee)
Service length: Once per week for 4 weeks
Session time: 60 minutes
After 4 weeks: $75.00 per booked 1 on 1 session for 45 minutes
RYT (Rising Young Teens) Package:
Service Type: Group
Who: Young men ages 12 – 17
Onboarding Fee: $59.00 (covers RTC t-shirt, Young Man We Gotta Make it to Heaven book, and 15 minute 1 on 1 session)
Cost: $300.00 (plus onboarding fee)
Service length: Once per week for 4 weeks
Session time: 60 minutes
After 4 weeks: $75.00 per booked 1 on 1 session for 45 minutes
ROMO (Rising On My Own) Package:
Service Type: One on One
Who: Young Men ages 12 – 25
Onboarding Fee: $40 (covers RTC t-shirt and Young Man We Gotta Make it to Heaven book)
Cost: $400 (plus onboarding fee)
Service length: Once per week for 4 weeks
Session time: 45 minutes
After 4 weeks: $90.00 per booked 1 on 1 session for 45 minutes

program will be guided by one or more principles. Every conversation, piece of advice given, or
word of encouragement is directly tied to the belief in these principles.

Who is this service for?
This service is for boys and young men from ages twelve to twenty five who could benefit from having a mentor, a leadership coach, a mindset coach, or empowerment.
How do they sign up for services?
Boys and young men sign up for services directly via the Decius Brown – The Character Coach website at www.deciusbrown.com, or via response to social media ads which can be done through email.
Young men ages 18 – 25 who are interested in group services will select the MOTR (Men On The Rise) Package. Boys ages 12 – 17 who are interested in group services will select the RYT (Rising Young Teens) Package. Both age groups will be able to select individual mentoring and coaching services if group services are not desirable by selecting the ROMO (Rising On My Own) Package.
How much does each service cost, and what is the timeline for each service?

How will clients pay for services?
Once clients select a service by filling out the online form, an invoice will be sent directly to their email. Clients will then be able to pay the service amount in full, or in the following increments using credit/debit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay:
MOTR Package Payments:
$160.00 plus the onboarding fee of $59.00 is due immediately (pays for sessions/weeks 1 and 2) $160.00 due before session 3 (pays for sessions/weeks 3 and 4)
RYT Package Payments:
$150.00 plus the onboarding fee of $59.00 is due immediately (pays for sessions/weeks 1 and 2) $150.00 due before session 3 (pays for sessions/weeks 3 and 4)
ROMO Package Payments:
$200.00 plus the onboarding fee of $40.00 is due immediately (pays for sessions/weeks 1 and 2) $200.00 due before session 3 (pays for sessions/weeks 3 and 4)
After the completion of a 4 week session, clients will refer to the individual bookings pricing which is $75.00 per session, if a group session has been completed, and $90.00 per session for non-group clients.
